Northbank Place
Northbank Place is a unique development of residential, commercial, retail and arts/market style outlets. The revitalisation of what was an old car park into a modern precinct commenced in April 2007. The location being opposite the Crown Casino, adjacent to Batman Park and facing Flinders Street was the catalyst of all apartments along with the commercial tower was sold before construction commenced. The development was completed in stages from Nov 08 to May 2009 with the total value being over $200million.
